Waiver of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this program for myself and all individuals I am registering, including personal injury, illness, or property damage.

I release RAJMN, INC, its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from our participation.

Policy Terms & Details

Processing Fees: Payment processing fees charged at the time of registration are non-refundable at any time, as these are retained by the payment gateway.

Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or via check, at the discretion of RAJMN.

How to Request a Cancelation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your request, including the participant's full name, to ilana@rajmn.org

Refund Processing Time: Once approved, please allow up to 21 business days for electronic refunds to appear on your statement, or 2–3 weeks for check delivery via mail.

Through 7/31/26: Fully refundable (100% refund of the registration fee, excluding processing fees).

8/1/26–8/31/26: Partial refund (75% refund of the registration fee, excluding processing fees).

9/1/26 and later: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
